FanDuel Rolls Out “My Spend” to Boost Responsible Gaming Options
Designed to provide users with deeper insights into their gaming habits, the personalized dashboard enables customers to monitor spending patterns and manage their budgets effectively
FanDuel Group has launched a new feature called “My Spend” to improve its range of responsible gaming tools.
FanDuel Unveils Personalized Dashboard for Enhanced Budgeting and Gaming Insights
Created to give users better insights into their gaming activities, the personal dashboard allows customers to track spending patterns and handle their budgets well. This new addition is now available on all FanDuel platforms, including Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, Racing, and Faceoff.
The “My Spend” dashboard shows users stats about how they use FanDuel services. It keeps track of the cash they put in and their net wins over seven days, four weeks, or three months. By giving these insights, FanDuel wants to help its customers stay on top of their finances and make smart choices about their gaming habits.
This idea comes from a lot of research, both inside and outside the company, which showed players want personal activity data and a clearer picture of how they play. FanDuel’s Vice President of Responsible Gaming and Community Impact, Alison Kutler, said the company wants to help customers use its products while keeping a clear budget and plan.
She also highlighted: “As we look to continuously raise the standard for what it means to be a responsible operator, we look forward to continuing to bring new and innovative ways to support our customers.”
FanDuel Launches Major Ad Campaign to Promote “My Spend”
To get more people to use it, FanDuel is starting a big ad campaign with commercials in English and Spanish. The ads aim to show how easy and useful the “My Spend” tool is, and they will be on TV digital channels, and social media.
Besides showing data on how much users spend, the dashboard encourages people to use FanDuel’s existing tools for responsible gaming, like limits on deposits, time, and bets. Users can see these insights when they click the “Check Your Spend” button, log into their accounts, and look at detailed summaries of their gaming activities.
Launching “My Spend” shows that FanDuel keeps working to put player welfare first. In September, the company started the “Trusted Voices” program, a resource to help trusted adults guide young people about gambling risks. Also, FanDuel has grown its partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health offering full mental health support for people who exclude themselves from gambling.
Flutter Entertainment owns FanDuel, which stands out as a top player in mobile gaming across the US It has a strong foothold in all 50 states and about 17 million users. By rolling out “My Spend,” FanDuel shows its commitment to come up with new ideas and act in the gaming world.
