Tipico Extends Bundesliga Sponsorship Through 2028/29 Season

German sports betting powerhouse Tipico has extended its partnership with the Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL), which operates the country’s top-flight soccer competition. This will reinforce the operator’s commitment to professional German soccer, which is “at the heart” of everything the company does.

Tipico Extended Its Commitment to Bundesliga

According to the official announcement, Tipico and the DFL agreed to extend their partnership by several more years. This announcement came right before the expiration of Tipico’s term as the soccer organization’s partner.

Tipico and the DFL, which originally joined forces in 2018, have now agreed to extend their agreement through the end of the 2028/29 soccer season. As a result, Tipico will continue to serve as the official partner of the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga.

Under the renewed agreement, Tipico will once again have the right to use the two competition’s logos and the two Meisterschalen (championship trophies) in its marketing efforts.

In addition to that, Tipico will retain its extensive advertising rights, which include first-access rights included in DFL’s media contacts. The rights also include a “Matching Offer Right” for special advertising formats with partners in Germany and exclusivity within the gaming industry.

In the meantime, Tipico’s imagery will be integrated into Bundesliga’s online platforms, promoting the operator’s brand.
