The 52-year-old man from Saginaw County visited a convenience store called Fastlane on 3540 State Street in Saginaw. The man purchased a couple of tickets and scratched the barcodes off.

When scanning one of the tickets, he received a message to “file a claim.” Seeing the strange message, the man scanned the ticket once again only to see it appear again.

The lottery player then proceeded to scan the second ticket which scanned alright. At the time, the 52-year-old thought that the scanner was faulty and went back to his car only to realize that he scored one of the game’s top prizes.
