Live! Casino Maryland to Celebrate 10-Year Anniversary

Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland will hold a 10-year anniversary celebration throughout the entire month of June. The property opened back on June 6, 2012, and has been one of the most impactful entertainment venues in Maryland, generating a substantial chunk of taxable revenue, direct benefits to the community, employment, and more. For 10 years in operation, the property managed to fetch as much as $2.6 billion in tax revenue.

Big Tax Contributor to Local Public Purse

The bulk of this has gone to the Maryland Education Trust Fund and a number of similar community programs. The Cordish Companies chairman and CEO David Cordish welcomed the opportunity  to celebrate the success of the property and said:

The festivities will go hand-in-hand with a number of initiatives organized by the Maryland property, including events, giveaways, and more rewards. There will be new announcements every day of the month and the property will also host a daily $10,000 giveaway. There will be machine drawings with over 300 winners having their share of $300,000 in prizes.

Dave Chappelle to Perform at One of the Main Events

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland has already listed some of the big-ticket events to look forward to. The establishment will invite Dave Chapelle for a live performance at The HALL on Saturday, June 18, and Sunday, June 19. There will be a 10-Year Anniversary Pres Event and Team Member Celebration on June 13, 2022.

Another event to look forward to is the one held on June 12, 2022, from 10 PM to Midnight which will be a surprise promotion for all people in attendance, and it’s open to all.
