Cloudbet Introduces Loyalty Marketplace for More Experiences

Cloudbet, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency casinos, has launched a new loyalty Marketplace solution. The idea behind this initiative is to offer players a chance to win a 2023 Lamborghini Huracán, Rolex Daytona Rainbow, and more luxury items and goods that are worth over $500,000. Another item that loyal players can scoop up is a trip to scenic resorts in the Maldives.

Cloudbet Continues to Pour Heavily into Loyalty Offer

Cloudbet argues that its Marketplace bucks the trend in the way casinos and gambling operators distribute loyalty rewards. Most other companies pre-set the rewards that a player can win once they accumulate the appropriate loyalty status. Cloudbet says that they are changing that by offering customers to pick their own reward based on the Lightning Points they have accumulated by placing bets.

These Lightning Points are used as a unique currency by users who can spend it on the items they want to pick. Cloudbet argues that building a strong loyalty proposition is part of the company’s long-term success and strategy, which is to become a leader in the provision of crypto betting and gaming markets.

Meanwhile, there has been a record of the amount of Lightning Points generated throughout the year, not least thanks to the World Cup and the associated promotions with it, the company said. Then, there is the Referral Program which Cloudbet introduced, and which grants the people referring new customers lifetime Lightning Point commissions.

Lightning Points have incentivized players to stick around. Cloudbet has also introduced many different ways to offer better odds with “no commission bets.” The company confirmed that the World Cup and the surprise outcomes have helped boost sports betting handle.

Not all is good news for Cloudbet, though. The company was recently targeted by the Australian Media and Communications Authority (ACMA) over the provision of unlicensed gambling products in Australia. ACMA has been actively banning illegal offshore operators that have targeted Australians in any capacity or have made their products available whether that was intentional or not.
