BetRivers and the United Soccer League (USL) championship team Indy Eleven announced today a multi-year corporate partnership to make the sports betting and online gaming brand of Rush Street Interactive (RSI) Official Sports Betting Partner of the Indiana-based soccer franchise.

Third Pillar Partner
Under the terms of the agreement, BetRivers gains exclusivity in the “Sports Betting” category and becomes the team’s third “Pillar Partner”, alongside Central Indiana Honda Dealers and Community Health Network.

The long-term agreement was achieved with the support of Swiss-based sports data provider Sportradar, a key partner to Indy Eleven and a developer of the business relationship in the wagering category.

The deal will see 2021 jerseys of Indy Eleven feature BetRivers sleeve logo placement to signify the sports betting brand as an official partner of the soccer team, signage and digital asset integration, as well as other initiatives, including sponsorship of the post-game show following all local television broadcasts and sponsorship of the opening segment of the Saturday soccer radio show The Fan.

Indy Eleven and BetRivers will also hold a Presenting Partner night in conjunction with a home game from the 2021 season.
Sport Partnerships Trend Continues
The partnership between BetRivers and Indy Eleven is in line with the recent trend of collaboration between professional sports franchises and sports betting and online gaming operators as most industry players reposition themselves looking to fully engage with sports fans in expectation of the gathering speed sports betting market nationwide.
In January, BetRivers entered into a similar agreement with the National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise Detroit Pistons to raise brand awareness among fans of professional basketball. The deal included tailored fan experiences such as betting contests with special prizes in exchange for access to intellectual properties of the Pistons including logos and marks.
