Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa Player Wins $1.3M

Lady Luck smiled on a Floridan resident earlier this month at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. On Monday, May 16, a player won $1.30 million playing Aristocrat Gaming’s Dragon Link progressive jackpot. The lucky winner was participating in the linked games that are available at several properties, including the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa, Hollywood, and Seminole Casino Coconut Creek.
All of these properties are linked so all it takes is one lucky soul. The jackpot hit frequency is great, leading to many cashouts as time goes on. A total of $7 million in jackpot money was hit through the Dragon Link slot games across Seminole’s casinos over the past half a year already, the properties confirmed.
But this is not all. Seminole Hard Rock Tampa alone has paid out more than $800 million in jackpot money to 30,000 individuals in 2022 alone. In other words, there have been 285,000 jackpots paid out in total, or at least one jackpot per minute.
Jackpots Drop Across the Nation
Jackpots have been dropping across the United States’ commercial casinos, and that is the casino’s biggest appeal. An unnamed person managed to bag more than $1.4 million earlier this month in a downtown casino in Las Vegas, playing Wheel of Fortune.
The lucky ace left the D Casino Hotel $1,437,768 richer and is just one of the winners in the Silver State this month. Even before that, two people in Las Vegas managed to land two jackpots within the hour. The prizes paid out more than $1 million to the lucky participants who were happy to be identified.
