Kaizen’s Playmakers Program to Train a New Generation of iGaming Leaders
The deadline for applications is May 30, 2025

Kaizen Gaming has unveiled an upcoming talent program designed to help ambitious individuals become the next GameTech leaders. Set to run for two years, the Playmakers Commercial Talent Programme will provide participants with the hands-on experience they need to secure themselves a future in the iGaming sector.
“Your Future. Your Game. Ready to Join?”
According to Kaizen Gaming, the Playmakers program will provide participants with all the experience and knowledge they need to shape the future of the iGaming industry.
Described as a 24-month fast-track program, Playmakers will run from October 2025 to October 2027. It will allow participants to kick off their gaming careers at Kaizen Gaming’s global headquarters in Athens, Greece, where they will learn everything that they need to know about the iGaming landscape.
During the program, participants will familiarize themselves with the international betting sector and will secure invaluable commercial, marketing and customer relations management (CRM) experience.
The Playmakers program will leverage a hands-on approach, structured learning, and personalized mentorship to help participants build a strong commercial foundation.
A Wealth of Opportunities Awaits
As mentioned, Playmakers will provide plenty of hands-on opportunities for participants to learn. This will include international assignments and opportunities to work with Kaizen Gaming’s digital gaming brand, Betano.
According to Kaizen, program members will do real projects and therefore gain real experience. Participants will have access to mentoring by senior company leaders, allowing them to learn from the experts.
The program will furthermore foster a collaborative, international environment and geographical mobility to familiarize participants with global gaming. Participants will therefore rotate across international markets, with Kaizen covering the relocation costs.
Who Is Kaizen Looking For?
Kaizen Gaming said that its perfect candidate would be someone with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field who is fluent in English and has strong proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Kaizen added that candidates should be analytical thinkers with a strong curiosity for market trends and customer behavior, strong presentation skills and an ownership-driven mindset. Most importantly, the company would prefer candidates who are true team players.
Candidates are furthermore expected to have between 1 and 3 years of experience in commercial functions or high-impact internships. And, of course, candidates should be ready to relocate to Athens for a few months and eager to work across a variety of international markets. This means that they must also have an EU passport and either an EU work permit or permanent residence.
Potential candidates can learn more about the program on Kaizen Gaming’s official website. The deadline for applications is May 30, 2025.
