LV Bet Appoints Douglas Costa de Souza as Brand Ambassador
Online sports betting and casino operator LV Bet has appointed Brazillian football player Douglas Costa de Souza as its Brand Ambassador for Brazil. The move is part of LV Bet’s push to strengthen its presence in the Brazilian and Latin American online gambling markets.
Through the contract, Costa will provide the online sportsbook operator with insights and expertise to help the company capitalize on the burgeoning Latin American market. The market has been growing for some time now and has finally begun attracting widespread international attention. The market’s booming growth was partially catalyzed by the spread of COVID-19 and associated lockdown measures across the globe.
LV Bet Chief Executive Officer Adrian Sidowski welcomed Costa to the team and said that the company was beyond excited to be working with a football player of his caliber. According to Sidowski, LV Bet hopes to leverage Costa’s status and expertise to penetrate into the Brazilian market.
Costa is an internationally renowned player, currently a winger for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich, on loan from Italy’s Juventus Football Club. Costa often referred to with the nickname “Flash” has established himself as a strong winger, capable of playing on either flank. He is also renowned for his adaptive and creative style of play, as well as his speed, agility, and explosive acceleration on the field.
