William Hill Rolls Out Online and Mobile Sportsbook in VA

U.S. sports betting market leader, William Hill announced on Wednesday that it entered the regulated sports betting market in Virginia. The operator rolled out its mobile and online sportsbook for sports fans in the state.

William Hill Enters Virginia, Rolls Out Mobile and Online Sportsbook

William Hill US announced that in partnership with Caesars Entertainment it launched its mobile and online Sports Book in Virginia on Wednesday. The application is available for download on any Android or Apple device from anywhere in the state. The easy to use application allows users to quickly and seamlessly place a sports bet.

Using the company’s proprietary platform, the app is offering sports fans in the state multiple bet types including InPlay betting. Furthermore, William Hill’s app features secure registration as well as multiple deposit and withdrawal methods.

In a statement, Kenneth Fuchs, president of digital at William Hill US said that the company launched its application in Virginia just in time for Sunday’s game. Furthermore, he added that the app will give fans more than 1,000 ways to bet.

The Company Continues Its U.S. Expansion

It was last year when William Hill started increasing its presence in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In fact, William Hill the first operator to offer sports wagering inside the U.S. professional sports complex Capital One Arena. Since then, the company inked multiple sports betting partnerships with famous teams such as the Washington Capitals, Washington Wizards, and the Washington Mystics.
