Sean “Diddy” Combs Accused of Drugging and Raping Woman at Las Vegas Party
An unidentified woman alleges that the assault occurred during Memorial Day weekend in 2014

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces grave claims as a woman sues him stating he drugged and raped her at a party in Las Vegas back in 2014.
Seven New Lawsuits Accuse Combs of Sexual Misconduct, Including Alleged 2014 Assault in Las Vegas
This lawsuit is among seven new ones brought against Combs, which accuse him of sexual misconduct over a period of many years.
A woman, who remains unnamed, claims an attack happened over Memorial Day weekend in 2014. The lawsuit states she went to a star-studded bash at a pool bar in Las Vegas and then got asked to a private after-party in Combs’ room at Planet Hollywood, reported 8 News Now.
She says after one or two drinks, she felt weird, lost control of her body, and woke up the next day knowing she had been raped. She remembers seeing Combs in the room when she woke up, with no shirt on yelling at someone on the phone.
The lawsuit goes into detail about how the alleged assault affected the plaintiff emotionally and psychologically. The complaint states she has battled serious mental health problems since the event feeling disgusted and depressed.
Her lawyers, with Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee at the helm, submitted the case to the Southern District of New York. They took advantage of Nevada’s updated statute of limitations law, which now lets sexual abuse victims file civil claims without time restrictions.
Alongside Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings, Inc., Combs Enterprises LLC, and Bad Boy Entertainment have also been listed as defendants in the lawsuit.
Combs Faces Multiple Lawsuits, Including Allegations Involving Minors
This lawsuit is part of a bigger group of cases against Combs. Seven people, both men and women, say he abused them. Some of these cases involve minors. Buzbee, the lawyer representing all the people suing, says the cases go back to 2000 and up to 2022. He also says some victims were as young as 13 when these things happened.
Combs is now in jail in New York facing separate federal charges to do with sex trafficking, racketeering, and conspiracy. He says he did not do these things. His lawyers say the claims are baseless, and they are sure Combs will come out on top in court. His trial for the federal charges will start in May 2025.
As these cases continue to unfold, they represent significant legal challenges for Combs, who has faced increasing scrutiny over his alleged misconduct.
