Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos Inks Deal With VizExplorer

The software provider of solutions for gaming and sports entertainment venues, VizExplorer, announced a new collaboration with Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos in North Michigan.

VizExplorer to Supply Marketing Tools for Grand Traverse Resort

The brand new partnership was announced on Tuesday and will see Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos leverage VizExplorer’s leading marketing analysis and player development programs. Under the terms of the deal, the operator will use those solutions for its venues Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge as well as Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel.

Under the terms of the new deal, VizExporer’s host VizOps will grant the casinos access to a comprehensive CRM tool that also features mobile access to player data. The venues will leverage that technology and can monitor player activity and receive real-time notifications. According to VizExplorer, the casinos will also benefit from “automated task management to streamline communication with and development of valuable players.” Additionally, the new collaboration includes CampaignViz, a unique tool that operators can use to streamline their campaigns. The tool offers options for analysis which also boosts the marketing efforts while at the same time reducing the time and helping operators select an optimal marketing approach.
