DigitalWin Unveils Partnership Deal with QCI

DW and QCI will establish a gaming eco-verse of customer data, enabling real-time, data analytics and reporting across land-based and online operations

Gaming and betting software leader DigitalWin (DW Technologies/DW) announced a new partnership arrangement with AI specialist Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI). Under the agreement, QCI will integrate its solutions into DW’s online sports and gaming platform.

As a result of the integration, DigitalWin will establish a gaming eco-verse of customer data, enabling real-time, data analytics and reporting across land-based and online operations. DW’s operator partners will be able to leverage the provider’s gaming platform to view important highlights, such as customer habits and trends in real-time.

This integration will provide operators with the tools they need to grow and data they can use to improve their business strategy.

The Integration Will Benefit Grand Royal Wôlinak Casino

DigitalWin’s director of product development, Michael Brooks, commented on the matter, expressing his team’s excitement to partner with QCI. He said that the partnership will provide casino operators with a “singular view into customer habits, activity and trends,” helping regulated companies manage their customer base.

Brooks added that data analytics, artificial intelligence and customer intelligence are getting more and more important to the casino ecosystem. He believes that as customers continue to “embrace the digital world,” the online and land-based business segments will become increasingly intertwined.

We are excited to be at the forefront of that sea change, enabling our customers with the tools to compete in the decades to come.

QCI’s chief technology officer, Andrew Cardno, noted that the partnership will allow his team to integrate a traditional and digital resort experience for Grand Royal Wôlinak Casino, a property owned by the Abénakis de Wôlinak Tribe.

Cardno added: “The work we are doing with DigitalWin will allow QCI to work with tribal nations to integrate their land-based and online casinos.”

Speaking of QCI, in May, the company also expanded its existing relationship with Gaming Dynamics in Australia, following three years of successful partnership. Earlier this year, QCI also agreed to provide its solutions to the FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Michigan.
