BETBY Chooses Viki Vitanyi as Head of Client Success

The new person to step in is Viki Vitanyi who will be in charge of client success.  Vitanyi’s official title as head of client success will give her sufficient clout to help steer the company on a path towards growth and further strengthen relationships with partners.

She is also a seasoned industry veteran, having served as a senior account manager at GiG and a senior product partner at Entain. Vitanyi will be working out of the company’s office in Malta, and she will be tasked with developing and implementing a customer experience strategy.

She will further oversee the customer journey and relationships and explore technological innovation and opportunities for further company growth. Her appointment was welcomed by BETBY CCO Chris Nikolopoulos:

BETBY has been working hard on strengthening its leadership team, with Stefanos Karakidis joining the company as a senior business development manager earlier this month. The company also established a new Corporate Social Responsibility Project in Latvia and it recently shifted Sergey Tsukanov as the company’s chief product officer.
