Bally’s and EPIC Team Up for Three-Year Responsible Gaming Overhaul
The two companies aim to address potential gaming risks while promoting a more mindful approach in the industry
EPIC Global Solutions has teamed up with Bally’s Corporation for a big three-year project. They aim to shake up responsible gaming standards across the board. This team-up is set to make a big difference in both the US and the UK. The two companies want to make gaming spots safer and more fun by teaching people and raising awareness.
Bally’s and EPIC Collaborate on Training and Campaigns for Safer Gaming
EPIC Global Solutions and Bally’s are on the same page when it comes to responsible gaming. Both companies want to tackle the possible dangers of gaming while pushing for a more thoughtful approach in the field. They plan to use EPIC’s fresh “lived experience” method to reach out to and educate different individuals involved in gaming.
At the heart of this collaboration is the custom-made training EPIC will give to Bally’s staff in the US. This training based on real-world situations, aims to enable front-line workers, those who deal with customers and work on the casino floor, to make better choices. The main goal is to boost how workers engage with guests making sure their comfort and fun remain a top priority.
Besides training employees, the partnership plans to create social media and digital campaigns to raise awareness about responsible gaming practices. These campaigns will give clear advice on how to play and tell gamblers about the possible effects of harmful gaming habits.
Bally’s and EPIC Collaborate to Lead Industry in Responsible Gaming Innovation
Robeson Reeves CEO of Bally’s Corporation, said that Bally’s and EPIC share the goal to set a new standard for responsible gaming. He stressed how important this partnership is for creating safer and more fun gaming spaces through wide-reaching education efforts that span across the Atlantic.
Paul Buck, the founder and CEO of EPIC Global Solutions, agreed with this idea. He commented:
“We are excited to partner with Bally’s to drive positive change in the gaming industry. By leveraging EPIC’s lived experience approach, we can make a significant impact on responsible gaming practices globally.”
This partnership comes on the heels of EPIC Global Solutions partnering with the Sports Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) to establish new safer gambling standards in sports betting, focusing on mitigating gambling harm among athletes and sports stakeholders. The collaboration, which was formalized at the SIGA Summit in New York, involves workshops, consultancy services, and educational outreach.
