Top 2022 Xfinity 500 Favorites

Chase Elliott is the driver with the shortest odds ahead of the 2022 Xfinity 500. The no.1 reason is that he’s one of the best drivers on concrete who’s got some pretty nice memories from races held at Martinsville Speedway.

He won the Xfinity 500 race two years ago, while also doing very well in the other NASCAR race run on this speedway – the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400.
