Vibra Group Bolsters Technological Innovation via TSA Acquisition
This strategic move should significantly help the company bolster its position in surging markets across Latin America and position it for sustained growth

Leading LatAm gaming market content and platform developer Vibra Group announced the acquisition of TSA, a Brazil-based technology company and longtime development partner. This bold decision marks Vibra Group’s first large-scale M&A, aligning with the company’s ambitions of broadening its reach in promising jurisdictions like Brazil, which recently launched its regulated betting market.
Vibra Hopes to Leverage Market Trends
The acquisition will substantially expand Vibra Group’s capacity to innovate and scale operations by onboarding 55 platform development specialists from TSA. Vibra Group and TSA have a long-lasting partnership, with TSA’s input proving invaluable in driving technological development for Vibra.
Several Brazilian lotteries, including Loteria do Tocantins, Loteria do Maranhão, Loteria de Sergipe, and Loteria da Paraíba, have utilized TSA’s technological solutions, underlining their appeal to regulated operators in the region. Vibra Group CEO Ramiro Atucha noted that the acquisition was a strategic fit, underlining the two companies’ mutual trust and shared values.
TSA is one of our closest and most trusted partners with whom we’ve closely collaborated across several significant projects as well as ongoing development work. Therefore, joining forces makes perfect strategic sense.
Ramiro Atucha, Vibra Group CEO
Formed in 2020, Vibra Group quickly established itself as a powerhouse among LatAm gaming solution providers. Atucha added that this first M&A coincided with a substantial increase in customer demand, creating the perfect opportunity for Vibra Group to capitalize on these market trends and bolster its market presence in regulated jurisdictions.
TSA’s Expertise Should Prove Invaluable
The acquisition provides Vibra with an experienced team specializing in Player Account Management (PAM) and sportsbook solutions, complementing Vibra’s focus on game studios, Remote Gaming Servers (RGS), and Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM). TSA’s technological prowess should enhance Vibra’s ability to offer comprehensive solutions, from customizable sportsbook and casino platforms to content aggregation and state-of-the-art EGM platforms.
TSA has earned a reputation as one of the leading companies in software development, delivering innovative and scalable solutions for industries such as banking, healthcare, and gaming. TSA CEO Werter Luna was excited to embark upon this new chapter for the company. He underlined the exciting synergies between the two teams and was optimistic regarding Vibra’s prospects.
The synergies were clear, and both companies know we are stronger together. The future is very bright, and we’re ready to go on with our ambitious plans to significantly grow our business.
Werter Luna, TSA CEO
The acquisition reflects evolving trends in the LatAm market, which has rapidly become one of the world’s most dynamic gaming regions. Despite increased competition in jurisdictions like Brazil, Vibra is well-positioned to succeed through its innovation, reliability, and customer-oriented solutions, positioning itself as the “go-to” partner for LatAm operators.
