Seattle Seahawks Hoping to Stay Undefeated

The Seattle Seahawks are 3-0 in the 2024 NFL. They started the season with a 26:20 win over the Denver Broncos at home, followed by an overtime 23:20 win against the New England Patriots on the road. In their third game of the season, they defeated the Miami Dolphins 24:3. It seems like a big win, but the Dolphins were without their key man, Tua Tagovailoa.

That said, even though Mike Macdonald’s men are 100% in 2024, they haven’t been that superior to the rest. Still, there are some Seahawks players who have been outstanding, starting with running back Zach Charbonnet who’s scored three rushing touchdowns this season, as well as one receiving TD on a pass from quarterback Geno Smith.

The Seahawks QB has been okay so far, although he did make some reckless moves, which cost him three interceptions. He also got sacked eight times this season already.

Detroit Lions are Finally Playing Great Football

The Detroit Lions are 2-1 overall. They started the season with an overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams. The final score was 26:20 for Detroit, but it could’ve gone the other way easily.

In Week 2, they lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, whose defense did a very good job at taming Detroit’s QB Jared Goff. He went 34-for-55 for 307 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions in that game.

Luckily for the Lions, he bounced back with a good performance in Week 3. He led his team to a 20:13 win, throwing 21-for-34 for 207 and one touchdown. However, he got one of his passes intercepted in this game as well.

In addition to Goff, the Lions also profited from a good performance by David Montgomery. Actually, their running back has been great constantly since the start of the season and we expect to see a lot from him on Monday night.

Our prediction for the second MNF game of Week 4 is that the Lions will win. It’s because we think the Seahawks aren’t as good as their current record suggests. They’re an okay team, but they’re nowhere near as good as the Lions who are turning into a real offensive powerhouse.
