On the other hand, 39 players guessed correctly four white balls along with the gold Mega Ball, securing $10,000 each, while nine people took a Megaplier prize of $50,000 each.

The odds of winning a prize from Mega Millions are 1 in 24. With that in mind, the odds of winning the game’s jackpot are 1 in 302.6 million.

Powerball Jackpot Grows Too

As noted, besides Mega Millions, the grand prize from Powerball survived as well. The game’s latest drawing was on Saturday, and no one was able to guess correctly all the winning numbers. The drawn numbers on Saturday included white balls 12, 23, 44, 57, 61 and red Powerball 5.

After nobody hit the Powerball jackpot, the grand prize is expected to hit $645 million for the upcoming drawing. The cash option for the jackpot is also a staggering figure, $307.3 million. The next drawing for Powerball is scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2024.

From Saturday’s drawing, three winners guessed correctly five white balls, taking home $1 million each. Guessing four white balls along with the red Powerball granted 35 lottery players a $50,000 prize each, while six people took home a $100,000 prize each.
