Gaming Laboratories International Appoints New Head of Commercial Services
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed David Elmore as their new Head of Commercial Services for North America

This marks Elmore’s second tenure at GLI, where he previously held the position of division head of global sales and development for GLI’s Kobetron Division for 14 years. During his time at GLI, he was responsible for driving the growth and development of the division and had a key role in building the company’s reputation as a leader in the gaming industry.
David Elmore Makes a Comeback at GLI
Before returning to GLI, Elmore held the position of vice president of sales for Gaming Innovation Group. In this role, he was responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth across the company’s portfolio of products and services.
In his new role, Elmore will be working closely with casino operators in North America on a wide range of industry-related topics, including the integration of land-based and online gaming, cybersecurity, and changes in regulations. He will be responsible for ensuring that GLI’s services and solutions are meeting the needs of its clients and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the gaming industry.
GLI’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ian Hughes, stated that they are thrilled to have David leading GLI’s commercial services and working with casino operators across North America as the demand for their services continues to increase.
David’s extensive experience in the gaming industry and his deep understanding of the needs of casino operators make him the ideal candidate to lead GLI’s commercial services in North America.

Lydia D’Amore Joined GLI in December
The news of Elmore’s appointment comes after GLI enriched its regulatory and compliance team in December with the appointment of legal heavyweight Lydia D’Amore.
Lydia D’Amore took on a crucial role within the company as the head of regulatory and compliance. She is now in charge of overseeing the licensing process for companies seeking GLI certification, among other responsibilities.
D’Amore is working closely with regulators, clients, and staff members to ensure that GLI continues to provide exceptional certification services across the 480 jurisdictions the company currently operates in. She has to ensure that all necessary licensing and regulatory requirements are understood and applied, and also keep abreast of legal changes in individual jurisdictions.
