FanDuel Brings Asaf Noifeld to Spearhead Casino Operations
FanDuel has brought on Asaf Noifeld, a former PokerStars executive, in the position of managing director of casino. Noifeld will be in charge of FanDuel’s interactive casino business which will be expanding next, following the company’s successes across the sports betting vertical.
New Opportunities for FanDuel
FanDuel does maintain a healthy interactive gaming product which is now going to be entrusted with Noifeld who will preside over the segment’s further growth. Noifeld has the relevant experience, as he was the managing director for the PokerStars Casino.
He worked at PokerStars for eight years where he helped calibrate the casino product bringing it out of relative obscurity to the limelight as one of the viable products offered by the brand. Noifeld’s casino experience spans other brands, too, including 888Casino.
In his new role, Noifeld will work out of FanDuel’s New York headquarters and assist with the company’s development of its igaming products in established markets. FanDuel Casino is already available in West Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The company operates its igaming product across the border with Canada in Ontario and there are talks that New York may legalize its igaming gambling segment before long.
Casino Vertical Takes Focus for FanDuel
In reality, interactive casino contributes much more to a company’s bottom lines which is why FanDuel does not want to fall behind in developing the vertical. Commenting on his addition to the team, FanDuel CEO and president Amy Howe said:
“Asaf brings deep experience building online casino businesses across the globe. I am delighted to add him to our leadership team, as he has extensive knowledge in the space, which will help grow our online casino business in North America.”

FanDuel is confident in the further success of all of its brands, with the casino gambling vertical quickly coming into focus following Ontario’s launch, arguably the biggest igaming market in North America.
