EveryMatrix’s Growth Continues as Company Posts Record 2024 Results

CEO Groes was very pleased with the performance of the OddsMatrix division, which underwent a period of staggering growth, increasing betting volumes by a factor of 14 in 5 years

EveryMatrix, an industry-leading provider of iGaming tech and content has published its financials for 2024, highlighting an unprecedented success for its business. The company’s leadership applauded the results and said that it hoped the momentum would continue.

A Strong Year for the Provider

In the fourth quarter of 2024, EveryMarix set a new quarterly record for its business, reporting revenue of EUR 55 million ($57.3 million) for the period, up 51% year-on-year. In addition to reporting record-breaking revenue, the company also saw its EBITDA increase by a staggering 49% year-on-year to EUR 30 million ($31.2 million).

Thanks to the impressive performance in Q4, EveryMatrix shattered its annual revenue record too, reporting an all-time high of EUR 181 million ($185.5 million), up 59% YOY. EBITDA for the year reached a whopping EUR 101 million ($105 million), up 70% year on year. This also marked the seventh consecutive profit margin of more than 50%.

EveryMatrix explained that full-year results were underpinned by large-scale customer launches and deal wins, as well as continued business growth across its divisions.

EveryMatrix Expanded Its Business  

In 2024, EveryMatrix secured two major acquisitions, bolstering its overall business. These included FSB Technology, which it acquired in July, and Fantasma Games, which was acquired in October. The provider explained that these firms’ teams have since been integrated into the overall EveryMatrix framework and are already contributing to its business. As a result, the company now employs some 1,300+ people.

EveryMatrix pointed out that both acquisitions were funded from its cash flow and emphasized that it remains free of debt.

In addition to the acquisitions, the group penned its first omnichannel deal with Arena Casino. In addition to that, the company penned agreements to provide SlotMatrix content to BetMGM and Rush Street Interactive in West Virginia.

EveryMatrix was also decorated with seven industry accolades, including multi-channel supplier, casino supplier and aggregator of the year. On top of that, the company achieved gold-standard GLI-19 and GLI-33 certification for its core platform products.
