UFC Middleweights Get Into Tussle on Seminole Hard Rock Gaming Floor

Ultimate Fighting Championship middleweights Brendan Allen and Marvin Vettori engaged in a fight at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino after watching a Professional Fighters League match on the premises

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweights Brendan Allen and Marvin Vettori started throwing punches on Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s gaming floor after watching a Professional Fighters League (PFL) match on Friday

The venue located in Hollywood, Florida was the site of the 2024 PFL Playoffs: Light Heavyweights & Lightweights event.

According to MMA Mania, the sudden bout was initiated by the 30-year-old Italian with a failed punching attempt toward light heavyweight Tuco Tokkos from Deerfield Beach, Florida.

This triggered professional mixed martial artist Michael Johnson who currently fights in UFC’s Lightweight division to move onlookers out of their way.

Next, 28-year-old Allen engaged in a fight with Vettori. The South Californian stepped in and hit Vettori with a 1-2, “which made him fall into a roulette table,” according to the same report from MMA Mania.

The outburst escalated into a violent punch-throwing episode that ultimately resulted in several blows to each other’s faces, recorded by onlookers on their cell phones.

The fighters did not suffer any major injuries and the police did not make any arrests.

UFC’s chief effective officer, Dana White, took it to X to comment on the fight, saying it “had to be (the) fight of the night if it was at PFL.”

Vettori also posted on his social media, describing the fight and saying “One armed Vettori is unbeaten. Ain’t never missing s**t.”
