The leading gaming and betting company, Rush Street Interactive (RSI), announced a new deal with Mike Francesa, the sports broadcasting legend.
Sports Broadcasting Legend Mike Francesa Joins RSI as Brand Ambassador
Under the terms of the new collaboration, the New York sports broadcasting legend will provide exclusive brand content for RSI’s two brands PlaySugarHouse.com and BetRivers.com. Moreover, the collaboration will see Francesa hosting new podcast series. The new series will be hosted two times every week.
The sports broadcasting legend will be a part of videos that will be posted via PlaySugarHouse and BetRivers’ online platforms. The Radio Hall of Famer will also participate in “on the scene” videos during sporting events throughout the year, delivering unique experiences for sports fans.
Besides being a Radio Hall of Famer, Francesa is also the only sportscaster that has won the prestigious Marconi Award as “Major Market Personality of the Year” more than once. Overall, he has more than 30 years of experience as a sports broadcaster within New York and the Tristate area. Besides radio, Francesa has spent more than a decade as a studio analyst for CBS Sports.

RSI’s CEO, Richard Schwartz, said that the company is thrilled to have Francesa join as brand ambassador. Additionally, he outlined that Francesa is undoubtedly an icon in sports radio. Besides joining forces with Francesa, last week RSI inked a similar brand content deal with Joakim Noah, the former Chicago Bulls basketball star. More recently, earlier this week, the Chicago-based company revealed that it is one of the nominees in four categories for the 2022 EGR North America Awards.
