Phil Hellmuth Buys $2.8M Elaine Wynn’s Las Vegas Condo
- The 17-time winner of World Series of Poker bracelets has now sealed a deal for a luxurious property that belonged to Steve Wynn’s ex-wife
Poker ace Phil Hellmuth has bought Elaine Wynn’s, Steve Wynn’s former wife, Las Vegas condo for $2.8 million, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The property is located in a luxury high-rise, Park Towers at 1 Hughes Center Drive.
The purchase comes after Hellmuth moved to Las Vegas in December with his wife, the Review-Journal reported, citing the player. The property is a distinct touch of luxury, sprawling across nearly 5,000 square meters and featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a panoramic view of The Las Vegas Strip.
Elaine Wynn is the late ex-wife of casino mogul Steve Wynn. She passed away in April 2025, after a short illness, and has been an established fixture in Las Vegas’ gaming industry landscape.
Apart from maintaining ties in the industry throughout her entire adult life, she was also a philanthropist and, notably, a co-founder of Wynn Resorts.
Phil Hellmuth grabbed big headlines last year when he dropped out of the World Series of Poker after a gut-wrenching bad beat that saw the poker ace retire early from the event to the disappointment of fans.
