Pennsylvania Fines Evolution, Bans Three Adults from Casinos
The regulator reminded adults that they are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel, or other venues at a casino
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has fined a gambling company for allowing an unauthorized person to enter its live dealer casino in Philadelphia. In addition to that, the authority banned three adults from casinos in the state for leaving minors unattended while gambling.
The Board Issued a $7,500 Fine Against Evolution
The PGCB approved a consent agreement presented by its Office of Enforcement Council, resulting in a fine of $7,500 against Evolution. Evolution, as mentioned, was accused of allowing an unauthorized person to enter its live dealer casino in Philadelphia.
The fine relates to a recent happening where an unidentified man was able to enter various locations within the Evolution studio suite. According to the PGCB, this included a dressing area for employees.
The approved consent agreement contains additional details that are available upon request through the PGCB’s Office of Communications, the regulator added.

Three Adults Were Banned from Local Casinos
In the meantime, the PGCB also noted that it has banned three adults from all casinos in the state. All three, according to the regulator, had left minors unattended in order to engage in gaming activities.
One of the banned persons was a male patron who had left a 13-year-old unattended in a vehicle in the parking lot of Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia. The man had gone to engage in sports betting activities for approximately 39 minutes, leaving the minor unattended while the outside temperature was 92 degrees Fahrenheit (33 degrees Celsius).
Because of that, the man was placed on Pennsylvania’s involuntary exclusion list.
Another male patron was also placed on the involuntary exclusion list after leaving two minors, aged 12 and 13, unattended in a running vehicle. The outside temperature, at the time, stood at 87 degrees Fahrenheit (30.5 degrees Celsius).
The patron in question was also visiting Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia. He remained at the venue for approximately 31 minutes, gambling at a slot machine.
The final banned patron was a woman who left four minors of ages 3, 6, 7 and 10 unattended in a running vehicle in the parking garage of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack in Delaware County. At the time, the outside temperature was 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius).
The woman patronized a slot machine, as well as the food court. The children were left unattended for a total of 25 minutes, according to the PGCB.
The regulator reminded adults that they are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel, or other venues at a casino.
