Massachusetts Casino Player Scoops $25K Jackpot

One casino player managed to flip a $3.75 bet on the Little Shop of Horrors slot machine at the Encore Boston Harbor into a more than $25,000 payout earlier in April.

The slot win occurred on April 2, with the player winning $25,716.55 specifically. Encore Boston Harbor is one of the biggest venues where jackpots are won in the millions every month. 

The casino operates 2,700 slot machines and features more than 175 table games. In March alone, the casino saw people win 17,215 jackpots, paying out $46,034,627.82 in total prizes.

In February, the number of jackpots was slightly smaller, 13,635 jackpots, amounting to $36,420,957.87 in total prize money. 

The Encore Boston Harbor has frequently produced big-time winners off fairly small wagers, which has become one of the Bay State property’s signatures. 

In March, a player flipped their $2.5 bet into a $178,975 payout. However, it was a table game that produced the property’s largest single jackpot.

In January, a player scooped a $1,620,335 in prize money off the Royal 9 Baccarat progressive jackpot.
