KTO Group and ENV Media Sign Joint Venture Agreement in Brazil
The new deal seeks to contribute to the growth of KTO within the region while expanding the footprint of ENV Media
The performance-based media agency working within the iGaming vertical, ENV Media, forged a new deal Monday, in an effort to expand within the growing online gambling sector in Brazil. The new collaboration saw the company join forces with the leading Brazilian online gambling operator, KTO Group.
Under the terms of the new joint venture agreement, ENV Media agreed to boost KTO’s front end. At the same time, the company will help optimize the leading operator’s product, content and site architecture. Per the new deal, ENV Media will also help by “improving the user journey with better UX/UI, HTML markups, and redirect logic.”
The operator with a presence in the Brazilian iGaming vertical will benefit from ENV Media’s solutions and guidance that will help its marketing activities. This, in turn, is expected to help the operator continue to grow. At the same time, the deal enables ENV Media to expand its footprint into a market that is strategic for the Latin American region.
Additionally, KTO and ENV Media confirmed the launch of a new brand called 7jackpots.com. This new brand will leverage KTO’s leadership position within the market in Brazil and will be launched within its current platform. It is expected to deliver a localized offering that will cater to customers in Brazil.
Ultimately, the new collaboration is expected to “revolutionize the Brazilian iGaming industry, offering a fully localized product that provides an excellent user experience and increased visibility in search engines, making it the top choice for Brazilian gamers,” the two companies revealed in a joint statement.
The Collaboration Represents a Milestone Moment for ENV Media
Shane Hand, ENV Media’s COO, spoke about the importance of having skilled and experienced employees to deliver successful products. “Expertise is everything, and with the right people by your side, it’s amazing how much you can achieve,” he said.
Finally, Hand confirmed that the company created a list of the roles of people that are necessary for the future success of the company. Such roles include outreach specialists, casino-focused content writers and other experts with knowledge within the gambling vertical.
“This partnership marks yet another milestone for our company.“
Mattias Bergehed, CEO of ENV Media
ENV Media’s CEO, Mattias Bergehed, added that the recent collaboration represents an important moment in the company’s history. He said that the partnership marks the debut of ENV Media in Brazil and enables it to expand in Latin America. Bergehed acknowledged the importance of the company’s international experience and said that ENV Media hopes to help expand KTO’s position within the regulated market in the country.
