Ingenuity Gaming Hires ex-Light & Wonder and Entain Talent
The Indian-based supplier has expanded its team with important additions from the global iGaming talent pool, adding industry veterans to its ranks

Two distinct specialists are joining Ingenuity Gaming moving forward, first with Mark McGinley, a former Entain heavyweight, stepping in as chief gaming officer. McGinley most recently held a job at Yggdrasil, another prominent supplier, where he also worked as chief gaming officer bringing relevant expeirence in tow.
Tapping the Industry’s Most Prominent Talent
McGinley was also CEO at FunFair Games, one of the industry’s biggest disruptors, and has in every case helped set his companies on a course towards innovation and embracing out-of-the-box game mechanics. McGinley has welcomed the opportunity to work closely at a new and innovative supplier he said was looking forward to proving a disruptor in the industry.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sidharth Swarup and Anant Swarup for entrusting me with this role. Their vision and ambition were a key driver in me joining the company. Their leadership have shaped Ingenuity Gaming into the remarkable organization it is today,” McGinley added.
Ingenuity Gaming is strengthening its C-suite with another top industry specialist in the face of Paul Kiruvanayagam, who will be the supplier’s new chief technology officer, helping the developer maintain its keen edge, embrace innovation, and spearhead new technology.
“Additionally, Paul Kiruvanayagam has been appointed as chief technology officer, and his profound expertise in technology will significantly enhance our technical capabilities,” the company said in a statement, outlining the new appointments.
These moves should only strengthen the company’s good reputation for creating state-of-the-art titles that will allow Ingenuity Gaming to remain at the cutting edge of innovation and deploy powerful tech across the board.
A Developer Set to Stand Out
The company further added: “We are confident that their contributions will greatly enrich the premium services and expertise that Ingenuity Gaming is known for. As we embark on this next chapter, we are excited about the promising times ahead and the continued success we will achieve together.”
The company has released a number of prominent titles over the past years with more than 200 releases. Kiruvanayagam in the meantime has served with Light & Wonder from January 2018 through December 2022, clicking in 5 years at one of the most relevant suppliers and developers of the modern iGaming age. His previous career path took him to OpenBet from July 2009 to January 2018.
