Greentube Boosts Its Presence in Canada Through Loto-Quebec Deal

Greentube, the interactive division of NOVOMATIC, has enhanced its presence in Canada. It is taking its content live to Loto-Quebec only a month after it launched in the country.

Greentube, NOVOMATIC’s interactive division, has boosted its presence in Canada just a month after launching in the country by taking its content live to Loto-Quebec. With this deal, Greentube has entered a second province in Canada after going live with BCLC in British Columbia in May.

The brand’s cutting-edge technology and extensive slots portfolio are popular with local players in Canada. This new partnership will boost its presence and respond to players’ demand for its content in the country. Loto-Quebec’s customers will be able to enjoy Greentube’s hit titles like Book of Ra deluxe, Lucky Ladies Charm deluxe and Apollo God of the Sun.

Greentube UK Commercial Director David Bolas said, “This is an exciting time for Greentube in Canada as we celebrate our second Canadian province launch in as many months.” He added that, with this collaboration, the company would bring a broad range of new entertaining content to Quebec. This new launch is another milestone in Greentube’s strategy towards a stronger foothold in the North American market. He also stated that the partnership reaffirms the company’s commitment to regulated markets.

Loto-Quebec acting senior director of products and innovation Stéphane Martel said that the company is happy to offer Greentube’s popular titles and provide more variety to its customers. He stated that Loto-Quebec anticipates the new collaboration to bring significant support to the company’s operations.

Founded in 1969 by the Quebec Government, Loto-Quebec organizes “games of chance” in the province. The operator offers a wide variety of online games on its site and returns its profits to the public in governmental service provision. At the beginning of the year, 1X2 Network, an award-winning slots and table games developer, launched its games in Canada for the first time through a partnership deal with Loto-Quebec.

Greentube took its first steps into the gaming industry by launching its 3D sports game Ski Challenge in 1998 as Dürrschmid&Reisinger OEG. The company was a pioneer in the development of state-of-the-art titles. In 2000, the company was renamed Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions AG, and in 2010, it became the NOVOMATIC Interactive division. Today, it helps shape the future of the gaming industry by providing safe and secure casino entertainment.

In April 2021, the company joined forces with Pariplay, a leading content provider, through a multi-jurisdictional distribution agreement. With this deal, Greentube extended its reach across 16 regulated markets through Pariplay’s Fusion platform.
