Full House Resorts Adds Brandon Lenssen as VP and GM of Chamonix
Lenssen expressed excitement about the opportunity to join the Full House Resorts family

American casino developer Full House Resorts announced that it has appointed Brandon Lenssen as vice president and general manager of its Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado. A highly experienced individual, Lenssen will contribute to the property’s vision to deliver a world-class experience.
Full House Enhances the Chamonix Team
According to Full House Resorts, Lenssen, who boasts nearly thirty years of gaming experience, will join the Chamonix team, subject to customary gaming approvals. The appointee was lauded as an industry heavyweight who was perfect for the job.
The casino company said that Lenssen had previously served as vice president and general manager for Quick Custom Intelligence. During his time with that company, he empowered casinos with data-driven strategies, allowing them to improve their game performance, marketing and overall player engagement.
Before that, Lenssen served Bally’s Black Hawk as vice president and general manager, exercising his executive skills to oversee the corporation’s three casino properties serving the Denver metropolitan area. During that time, he also collaborated with regulatory bodies and B2B providers of slots to integrate a seamless TITO ticketing solution across multiple casino licenses. This initiative significantly bolstered Bally’s local operational efficiency and created better customer experiences.
Earlier still, Lenssen held roles at VizExplorer and Isle Casino Black Hawk, where he served as a gaming analyst and senior director of casino operations respectively.
The Hire Will Receive an Inducement Equity Award
Full House Resorts said that its board’s compensation committee has agreed to grant an inducement equity award of 24,213 restricted shares to Lenssen in relation to his appointment. A third of these shares will vest on each of March 10, 2026, 2027, and 2028 – the anniversary dates of his appointment.
This award was not a part of Full House Resorts’ 2015 Equity Incentive Plan.
Lenssen Hopes to Turn the Resort into a Premier Destination
Lenssen commented on his appointment, expressing excitement about the opportunity to join the Full House Resorts family.
