Conscious Gaming Appoints Blair Aronson as Operations Director

Responsible gaming organization Conscious Gaming announced the appointment of gaming industry specialist Blair Aronson as its new Operations Director.

New Operations Director Aronson, who joins Conscious Gaming having spent the past 3 years as Director of Customer Success – Americas at Scientific Games (SG), will be working with gaming operators, state regulatory bodies, sports leagues, and platform providers, as she would be seeking to manage, scale, and optimize the organization’s responsible gaming tool PlayPause.

Blair Aronson spent 5 years performing as Director of Operations at NYX Gaming Group, prior to working with SG Digital, which acquired NYX Gaming in 2018.

Customer-Facing Teams Responsibilities

At Conscious Gaming, she will also serve as Chief of Staff within the service delivery and operations teams, to make sure structure and process within customer-facing teams continue to improve in sync with the company’s expansion.

Founded by geolocation and compliance specialist company GeoComply, the independent nonprofit organization Conscious Gaming utilizes the latest technology developments to provide social responsibility solutions. Recently, the organization received a generous donation from its parent company to fund the further development of its self-exclusion tool PlayPause.

Seeking to ensure better customer protection, responsible gaming, and integrity in sports, Conscious Gaming collaborates with industry stakeholders, regulators, gaming advocacy groups, academics, and gambling treatment experts to introduce a holistic approach to consumer protection by bringing together each state’s self-exclusion database into a national repository.
