College Basketball Star and FanDuel Sign a Multi-Year Partnership

FanDuel Group and Jon Rothstein have officially announced their multi-year partnership in which the company will be the official betting sponsor partner of the college basketball star. The brand owned by Flutter Entertainment is looking to raise its digital profile and Rothstein will collaborate with FanDuel on a number of projects. Recently, FanDuel teamed up with SGG on a social media marketing agreement.

This Partnership to Result in Custom Experiences for Basketball Fans

With this partnership, FanDuel gains access to all of Rothstein’s popular tag lines, as well as his likeness and name. One of his most well-known taglines is We Sleep in May. On the other hand, Rothstein will contribute various articles FanDuel publications, collaborate with the company on promotions and appear as a contributor to the sportsbook’s digital shows.

Not only that, but Rothstein will also create content on his social channels where he will discuss betting. While speaking about the deal, he stated that he couldn’t be more excited about teaming up with FanDuel.

Rothstein also reflected on the digital media space, saying that it has evolved a lot in the past five years. He considers this to be the perfect opportunity to bring all of his content in one place. He concluded by saying that he doesn’t see a limit in his “marriage” to FanDuel and is eager to start working on the projects.

The chief marketing officer of FanDuel, Mike Raffensperger, stated that Rothstein is an emerging talent and one that has a passionate following. That is why the company is looking forward to working together with him and bring sports betting and college basketball together. He ended by saying that both parties will work to take things to the next level and exceed the expectations of all fans.

FanDuel Was Also Announced as Buffalo Bills’ Mobile Sports Betting Partner

FanDuel also managed to increase its presence in the football field as it signed an agreement with NFL’s Buffalo Bills. Under this contract, the sportsbook will be able to engage with Bills’ fans by accessing various media assets.

Raffensperger shared a few words on the partnership and complimented the Bills on their culture, which is based on creating a “genuine connection with their fans.” Considering the fact that FanDuel shares the same views, Raffensperger sees this as a natural collaboration.
