2024 Toyota Owners 400 Top Favorites
Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin are the top two favorites to win the Toyota Owners race on Sunday, March 31, with each of them being priced at +450 at BetUS.
Christopher Bell has never won this event in his career, but he likes races like this one. Plus, he’s been great since the start of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series, finishing in the Top 3 on three occasions so far.
When it comes to Denny Hamlin, one of the main reasons why he’s got such short 2024 Toyota Owners odds is that he won this event two years ago. Last year, he finished 10th, but he did have a lead in Stage 2 of the trace.
Other Contenders to Win in Richmond on Easter
In addition to Bell and Hamlin, there are another four drivers with the 2024 Toyota Owners 400 odds shorter than +1000. Those are, namely, Martin Truex Jr., Ty Gibbs, Kyle Larson, and William Byron.
Truex and Gibbs are the drivers currently occupying the top two spots in the 2024 NASCAR Drivers’ Championship. Larson is currently 5th in the standings, but bookmakers think he’s gonna do well on Easter due to the fact that he’s the man to win this race last year.
When it comes to Byron, he’s 6th in the NASCAR Drivers’ Championship at the moment, with no wins in the Richmond event. The reason why his Toyota Owners odds are shorter than +1000 is that he’s the winner of last weekend’s race.
2024 Toyota Owners 400 Sleepers You Mustn’t Ignore
Kyle Busch is the man who’s won the event in Richmond on five occasions. If he wins it again, he’s going to equal the record of legendary Richard Petty, who won six of these races from 1961 to 1975.
Busch hasn’t been great since the start of the 2024 season, finishing in the Top 3 only once so far. However, the race on Easter looks like an ideal opportunity for him to move up in the standings.
The same goes for Joey Logano, who’s won this race twice, but who’s currently 22nd in the standings, with just one Top 10 finish in 2024.
2024 Toyota Owners 400 Prediction
Martin Truex Jr. is our pick for the 2024 Easter race. This guy has been brilliant in 2024 but he’s yet to win an evening. We think that might happen this coming weekend. Even if he doesn’t win, we are sure that he’s going to grab a lot of points in Richmond, probably finishing in the top 5.
Pick: Martin Truex Jr. to win
