RSI Upgrades Its iRush Rewards Loyalty Program
Richard Schwartz, RSI’s chief executive officer, said that his team based a lot of these enhancements on its players’ feedback
Rush Street Interactive, a leading US-based betting and gaming company, has unveiled improvements to its iRush Rewards Loyalty Program. According to the company, the revamped program will boast a number of customer-centric changes.
RSI Enhanced Its Loyalty Program
According to RSI’s official announcement, the improvements will make it easier for players to redeem rewards, maintain their status and associated benefits longer and gain access to an expanded selection of perks. The operator added that benefits will include complimentary cruises, luxury gifs and vacation packages, among others.
The improved iRush Rewards program will notably introduce a new premium tiered system with Gold, Platinum and Black levels, each offering unique benefits. According to RSI, players will now earn three types of points on every bet:
- Loyalty Points
- Bonus Store Points
- Tier Points
This change to the loyalty program will allow players to enjoy benefits from their Tier Levels, the company said. The Tier Levels themselves are a new inclusion that has been designed to provide a more consistent reward system. Once a player reaches a Tier Level, they will retain the benefits for that tier for the rest of the current earning period of six months, as well as the entire next six-month period.
For example, if a player reaches the Black Tier on January 12, 2024, they will maintain Black Tier status until December 31, 2024, an extension of benefits players appreciate.

Interface Improvements Will Make the Program Easier to Follow
Other changes include a simplification of the earning points process. Players will earn points based on the type of casino game they are playing. According to RSI, sports bettors will now earn points for same game parlays based on the number of legs, instead of on the single rate that previously applied.
As a result, sports aficionados who choose RSI’s BetRivers brand will get even greater value.
Additional improvements to the overall loyalty user experience await players. These include UI improvements that allow players to view and track their loyalty progress from a single location. Players will also be able to see their current benefits and the benefits they will be entitled to once they reach the next tier or level.
CEO Schwartz Said RSI Will Continue Prioritizing Its Players
Richard Schwartz, RSI’s chief executive officer, said that his team based a lot of these enhancements on its players’ feedback. He highlighted his company’s player-first approach, attributing the company’s rapid growth to this core philosophy.
We always look for new ways to continually enhance our loyal players’ experience. The improvements to the multifaceted iRush Rewards Loyalty Program take our loyalty program to the next level, creating what we believe is improving on what we already considered to be the best in the industry.
Richard Schwartz, CEO, RSI
Schwartz concluded that he is looking forward to the continued engagement of BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse players.
