Olekszy explained that in spite of the slot’s potential to cater to a wide range of players with different gaming preferences, enthusiasts who love the action/samurai genre “will feel right at home” with the fresh release thanks to its elevating mystery symbols and mechanics that cleverly bend the narrative. 

The game that found its inspiration in popular samurai movies like Tale of Kyubiko released in 2022 invites players to join the mighty swordswoman and protector of the noble land in his blade clashes battles with Hannya, the villainous ninja looking for complete domination. 

Winning ways are formed when players match a minimum of three symbols on adjacent reels, starting with the leftmost reel. The four different weapons are high-paying symbols. The game features two different wild symbols: the Hannya Wild and the Ninja Wild. 

Both symbols can replace all regular paying symbols and contribute to the creation of new wins. The Mystery Splitting symbols can be either split or stacked, further adding Dynamic Payways to the reels and combining the sword action with the engaging gameplay.

Landing at least three Scatter symbols sends players straight into the Battling Free Spins feature where Ronin will engage in a frantic head-to-head battle with Hannya. The latter will turn into a Stacked Wild once the feature is engaged.
