Low6 Joins Rivalry for a Pick’em Game

Leading sports betting and media giant Rivalry has unveiled a new partnership agreement with Low6, a sports gamification specialist. The two parties will team up to launch a brand new Pick’em game ahead of some of the biggest esports events of the year.
Rivalry and Low6 Release a New Pick’em Game
The new Pick’em game will go live just in time for the 2022 League of Legends World Championship and The International 11, the biggest Dota 2 esports event. As a result, the two companies will cover the biggest events from two of the most popular esports disciplines globally.
As of today, Rivalry users can register for the Pick’em game and make predictions about how the two tournaments will unfold. The more correct answers users have, the higher their chances to win the game. Esports enthusiasts will be able to show off their esports knowledge while they compete for $25,000 in cash prizes.
The contest was officially launched a week ago and already has 5,000 registrants. Rivalry seeks to attract more esports fans and help the esports betting scene grow.
Meanwhile, this agreement is Low6’s first taste of esports. The popularity of professional video gaming has exploded in recent times, making it a viable discipline for many sports bettors. During the pandemic, esports wagering fulfilled an important purpose, allowing punters to continue playing while the traditional sports leagues took a rest.
Low6 Is Excited about Its Foray Into Esports
Low6’s chief strategy officer, Josh Turk, praised Rivalry for being a recognized icon in global esports. He said that Low6 is excited by the opportunity to make a foray into esports and connect with fans of competitive gaming all over the world. Turk is sure that his company’s gamification expertise will help Rivalry acquire many new customers.
Jamie Mitchell, Low6’s co-founder and chief executive officer, acknowledged esports’ growth into a global phenomenon and said that his company was destined to one day get involved with it. He added that he is proud to join Rivalry as a partner and showcase the flexibility of Low6’s products.
Rivalry’s co-founder and chief executive, Steven Salz, also shared his thoughts. He thanked Low6 for helping Rivalry deliver a high-quality free-to-play product designed for the needs of esports fans. Salz also said reaffirmed that Rivalry remains bullish on engaging its existing customers and acquiring new ones.
In other news, Rivalry recently posted its Q3 2022 results, highlighting the company’s progress. In the three months ended in September, the company’s revenues almost doubled, attesting to the quality of its products.
