Los Angeles Chargers Favored to Win Week 7 MNF Game
When the Chargers vs. Cardinals betting markets were released, odds were even. However, since then, they’ve moved in the Chargers favor. They’re now 2.5-point favorites.
It’s no surprise really, given that these guys have been doing relatively okay in the 2024 NFL. They’re 3-2 on the season, with both of their losses happening to real football heavyweights – the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers.
When it comes to their wins, they defeated the Las Vegas Raiders, Carolina Panthers, and Denver Broncos. The win over the Broncos happened last week in Denver, with the final score of 23:16.
The highest-graded Chargers in Week 6 vs the Broncos:

🥈 Rashawn Slater – 82.0
🥉 Elijah Molden – 76.1
🏅 Quentin Johnston – 74.8
🏅 Zion Johnson – 71.2

This is actually a very good result as the Broncos are very tough to score against. The Chargers offense did fine in that game, with QB Justin Herbert going 21-for-34 for 237 yards and one touchdown (with no interceptions).
His TD pass was turned into 6 points by Kimani Vidal. Their second TD of the game was the work of running back J.K. Dobbins.
Still, it’s the Chargers’ defense that stole the show. Khalil Mack, Elijah Molden, and others kept the Broncos to just 16 points. Actually, these guys have been amazing throughout the season – their defense is the best in the league with just 13.2 points conceded per game.
It’s High Time for the Arizona Cardinals to Up Their Game
The Arizona Cardinals are 2-4 overall, which isn’t great especially considering that they play in one of the toughest divisions in the NFL.
The San Francisco 49ers are supposed to be the absolute rulers of the AFC West Division, but the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams are bound to be tricky in 2024 as well.
This is why the Cards need to up their game ASAP. In their most recent game, they got hammered by the Green Bay Packers 34:13. Obviously, their defense was horrible, but what’s really worrying is that their Kyler Murray-led offense was bad as well.
The QB actually did okay, both when it came to passing and running the ball. His teammates, however, did not.
Los Angeles Chargers vs. Arizona Cardinals Prediction
The Cardinals’ offense looked really anaemic in their last game, meaning that they would need to put on a much, much better performance to outsmart the Chargers’ defense. We don’t think that’s very likely to happen.
We also predict that Herbert & Co. are going to have a fine game on Monday night. Herbert is one of the finest QBs in the league, and it’s time for him to start showing it.
