GNOG Implemented Paysafe for its Michigan Online Casino

Leading payments platform provider Paysafe and Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) expanded their partnership to include the payment solution for GNOG’s online casino in Michigan.

Paysafe Expanding GNOG’s Payment Options

The expanded agreement saw the brand’s online casino add Paysafe as a payment option for its online casino product in Michigan and offer GNOG the reliability of Global Payments’ ACH technology, utilized via the Global Payments Gaming Solutions division.

The Paysafe integration into the online casino offering of GNOG allowed players in Michigan to make fast and secure deposits using debit or credit cards and enjoy the variety of gaming options at their disposal: video slots, table games, video poker and live dealer table games.

ACH Warranty Service

The Paysafe platform seamlessly connected GNOG’s online casino in Michigan to the ACH warranty service provided by Global Payments Gaming Solutions and enabled players to fund their wagers via electronic channels and get access to their winnings in real-time through their registered bank account.

GNOG and Paysafe have a long-standing partnership dating back to November 2013, when regulated iGaming and online poker went live in New Jersey. Paysafe has been powering GNOG’s online casino and poker offering in the Garden State ever since.

In February 2019, both parties extended their partnership into the sports betting space after GNOG launched its Golden Nugget Sportsbook in New Jersey.

Paysafe’s agreement for GNOG’s online casino in Michigan is expected to be followed by similar agreements in other regulated jurisdictions in the US, in particular, West Virginia and Pennsylvania by the end of 2021.

GNOG is the latest online gaming brand to utilize Paysafe’s payments and services in Michigan, following in the footsteps of a similar agreement in March, when Australian-based sports betting and iGaming brand PointsBet agreed to extend an existing deal with the payment service to include the Great Lakes State.
