Glitnor Names Mel Camilleri-Bland Chief Operations Officer

Camilleri-Bland is a seasoned veteran with a lot of experience in iGaming across multiple markets

Glitnor Group, a company striving to be the most entrepreneurial and fastest-growing business group in the iGaming industry, has strengthened its team with a major new appointment. As announced by the company, the experienced Mel Camilleri-Bland will join its ranks as its new chief operations officer.

In her new position, Camilleri-Bland will be responsible for the operations of Glitnor’s LuckyCasino and HappyCasino brands. To that end, she will leverage over 15 years of experience in the iGaming industry.

Prior to joining Glitnor Group, Camilleri-Bland worked as BVGroup’s director of compliance. She spent almost 7 years with that company, serving it in a variety of capacities. Prior to that, Camilleri-Bland spent almost four years at the British betting powerhouse William Hill. Her time with the UK-based operator saw her in the position of head of service delivery and later director of customer operations.

In conclusion, Camilleri-Bland is a seasoned veteran with a lot of experience in iGaming across multiple markets. She boasts knowledge of the online gambling markets in the United Kingdom, Germany, Gibraltar, South Africa, the Middle East and Malaysia and will be a valuable asset to the Glitnor team.

In addition, Camilleri-Bland is a reliable leader with robust interpersonal skills, which made her a perfect fit for Glitnor’s goal to further expand its business-to-customer operations in 2004.
