Flutter Names Greg McCaw Group Director of Inclusion and Diversity

Flutter Entertainment announced today that it appointed Greg McCaw as group director of Inclusion and Diversity. In his new position, Mr. McCaw would be helping the company develop and execute an inclusion and diversity strategy.

Leading sports betting and gaming group, Flutter Entertainment announced today that it appointed Greg McCaw as group director of Inclusion and Diversity. Formally taking the newly created position today, he will be helping the company in developing and executing the “Group’s Inclusion and Diversity (“I&D”) strategy” with an ultimate goal for every Flutter employee to build a strong sense of belonging in a “truly inclusive environment”.

Mr. McCaw will be reporting to the group chief people officer at Flutter – Caroline Ross. Furthermore, as a part of his duties, he is going to collaborate with the HR teams, business leaders, and the Board regarding the development and training of employees on all levels. Furthermore, Mr. McCaw would also chair the Inclusion and Diversity Committee which will monitor and report the progress on the company’s I&D targets.

In a statement, Ms. Ross said that she is delighted to welcome Mr. McCaw to the company. She added that he brings significant experience which can be beneficial for the company while it continues to shape its inclusion and diversity strategy. Furthermore, Ms. Ross stressed that it’s the company’s goal to have all employees feel a shared sense of ownership.

Mr. McCaw Brings Significant Experience to Flutter

Mr. McCaw’s extensive professional background includes nearly a decade of consumer brand experience. Before joining Flutter, he was employed by Sky Betting & Gaming (SBG) as head of inclusion and people engagement. While at SBG, Mr. McCaw helped the company build an inclusion strategy. Consequently, SBG received recognition in the All-In Diversity Project. Before joining SBG, Mr. McCaw worked as a senior HR business partner for the UK and Ireland at New Look.
