Fanatics Enters Indiana, Migrates Former PointsBet Customers
Fanatics reassured existing PointsBet players that their usernames, passwords, account balance, rewards points and responsible gaming settings will be kept
Fanatics Betting and Gaming has launched its Fanatics Sportsbook in Indiana, in line with its ongoing US expansion. Sports fans in The Hoosier State can now download the official Fanatics app and see what the fuss is all about.
Fanatics’ sports betting app is available both on Android and iOS devices, allowing local players and visitors to experience best-in-class sports betting offerings. Players can expect thrilling betting markets, exciting loyalty rewards and multiple quality-of-life functionalities.
Indiana is notably the fourteenth state where the operator’s sportsbook will be available. The launch in The Hoosier State follows Fanatics’ acquisition of PointsBet’s US assets which allowed it to take over the latter operator’s business in the US. According to the announcement, former PointsBet customers will be automatically transferred to the new platform.
Fanatics reassured existing PointsBet players that their usernames, passwords, account balance, rewards points and responsible gaming settings will be kept, ensuring a smooth and seamless migration.
Speaking of PointsBet, the company recently posted its financials, showing a drastic improvement since the sale of its US assets.
Fanatics Seeks to Remain Ahead of the Curve
Fanatics Sportsbook players can expect a variety of perks, such as fast and transparent withdrawals and a great user experience. Speaking of user experience, the Fanatics Sportsbook app is designed with the mobile customer in mind, ensuring an intuitive mobile betting journey.
Furthermore, the Fanatics Sportsbook gives customers up to 5% of their bets back in FanCash, a special loyalty currency that they can spend on bonus bets or other exclusive experiences.
The Fanatics Sportsbook also boasts an optimized search bar and discover feed that allow customers to find markets and betting products they would be interested in.
Last but not least, Fanatics is a big promoter of safer play. As an organization that carries responsible gambling in its DNA, the company allows its sportsbook customers to access a variety of tools they can use to manage their play time and spending.
In addition, fans can contact Fanatics’ 24/7 Help Center for additional inquiries and help.
In other news, the Fanatics Sportsbook just launched in Michigan, reaching even more American fans. Some believe that the company might consider going public in 2024.
