BetDEX Exchange Celebrates Its Official Launch
Unlike other platforms, BetDEX users do not incur premium charges or discriminatory account restrictions when players win

BetDEX, the brainchild of Varun Sudhakar, co-founder of FanDuel, has officially launched, disrupting the sports betting industry. The launch of the decentralized betting exchange was officially announced by BetDEX Labs, which celebrated the occasion.
BetDEX Labs describes its new exchange as a place for bettors who wish to wage at a great price with no restrictions. According to the company, the BetDEX Exchange provides highly competitive odds across fan-favorite markets, such as football, soccer, basketball, baseball, cricket and hockey, among others.
Unlike other platforms, BetDEX users do not incur premium charges or discriminatory account restrictions when players win, making it an appealing alternative to those who are tired of having their accounts restricted without explanation.
An additional perk of using the BetDEX Exchange is the record-low industry fees. For context, exchange users only have to pay if they win. Winners’ fees stand at only 3% of their net winnings.
BetDEX furthermore offers great odds, deep liquidity and opportunities to deposit in crypto and fiat.
BetDEX Wants to Democratize Access to Wagering
As mentioned, BetDEX was co-founded by Varun Sudhakar, who is also one of the founders of FanDuel, one of America’s premier betting platforms.
Sudhakar, now serving as BetDEX Labs’ chief executive officer, commented on the launch, saying that the new exchange’s team is underpinned by former FanDuel, Betfair, BetDAQ and BoyleSports employees. According to him, the main motivation of BetDEX is to “democratize access to sports betting.”
While sports betting is a massive industry with over $2 trillion dollars traded every year, hidden fees and arbitrary limits on winners have created an extremely poor player experience. We founded BetDEX on the belief that players should not be penalized for their success, and we are proud to launch a sports betting exchange that is built for the bettor.

BetDEX Exhange’s beta was launched a year ago. Since then, the platform experienced significant growth and added many new betting markets to its offerings. In fact, BetDEX now offers more than 20 times as many markets as it did a year ago and remains committed to adding new markets and engaging bettors with great prices and liquidity.
