BetBlocker Unveils Tie-Up with MGM Resorts
BetBlocker emphasized that this will provide it with an unprecedented increase in visibility
BetBlocker a UK registered charity providing free blocking software to help people limit or manage their access to online gambling services, announced a new partnership with international casino and hospitality giant MGM Resorts International. This will greatly expand BetBlocker’s reach, providing MGM’s players with greater awareness of the safer gaming tools available to them.
BetBlocker Expands Across Oceans
BetBlocker announced that its safer gambling solution has now “expanded across oceans,” and will promote self-exclusion to MGM Resorts customers.
According to the announcement, BetBlocker signposting will be appearing for a total of 13 hours of screen time every day across MGM Resorts’ 16 properties.
BetBlocker emphasized that this will provide it with an unprecedented increase in visibility. In its announcement on LinkedIn, the charity explained:
Gaining this sort of visibility on physical casino floors is a first for BetBlocker and we want to extend our thanks to MGM Resorts for their support in helping us to reach an audience that was previously inaccessible to us.

BetBlocker Continues to Grow
The agreement with MGM Resorts comes two months after BetBlocker joined forces with the Responsible Online Gaming Association (ROGA). The organization, which represents 90% of the legal US sports betting market in terms of handle, described the agreement as a crucial solution to raise the bar for responsible gaming in America.
Earlier this year, BetBlocker teamed up with Gamblers Connect in order to expand the language options available on its responsible gambling app. Thanks to that collaboration, BetBlocker was able to add Serbian language to its platform, allowing people from the Eastern European country to leverage its capabilities to get their gambling habits under control.
With 7 million Serbian speakers in the country and 3 million living abroad, BetBlocker ensured that it can reach up to 10 million more people.
