Announced Wednesday, the latest launch marks the first step of Bally’s plan for expanding the reach of its sportsbook.
The duo’s initial business-to-business (B2B) partnership dates back to earlier this year. At the time, Bally’s agreed to leverage White Hate Gaming’s leading PAM and power its sportsbook across multiple jurisdictions.
The leading platform stands out with a plethora of payment options, as well as CRM marketing support. Additionally, White Hat Gaming’s PAM offers 24/7 customer support, a proprietary cashier and a variety of solutions that focus on player protection, making it one of the best-in-class products.
Robeson Reeves, Bally’s CEO, spoke about the company’s ongoing expansion within the iGaming vertical across the United States. He explained that while the company continues to grow its retail presence, its online operations will benefit from the market-leading PAM that complements its strategy for growth through innovation.
Finally, Reeves pointed out: “We are thrilled to be working with White Hat Gaming and look forward to accelerating our growth through its revolutionary platform which will aid us in becoming the premier, full-service, vertically integrated casinos and resorts, online sports betting, and iGaming company.”

Phil Gelvan, White Hat’s CEO, added that the company is excited to join forces with Bally’s and provide its PAM platform, powering its operations in Ohio. He acknowledged that the latest launch is the first out of many planned under the partnership with the leading betting and gaming company.
Gelvan spoke about the capabilities of White Hat’s PAM, explaining that it delivers responsible gambling tools, payment options and an in-house cashier. In conclusion, he pointed out: “We’re completely focused on repeating our success in Ohio and ensuring Bally’s receives the same PAM technology support across multiple markets in the near future.”
