Man Rampages Through Star Sydney’s Casino

One Nash Ross Blackman has already been arrested in relation to the incident, with police bringing him on 37 counts of intentional damaging of private property. Blackman was arrested near the scene of the crime, following a short foot pursuit.

It wasn’t immediately clear what had triggered the attack, with the Star Sydney assisting owners to obtain the necessary paperwork to secure their insurance claims.

As to how the Star Sydney handled the situation, local reporting suggests that most car owners were disappointed and did not like the follow-up response by the property.

According to people who were on the receiving end of the car damage, the casino didn’t offer anything much, bar a slight upgrade to their bookings

One local said that he wasn’t even offered a taxi to go to a rental service and get a new vehicle, as his car would have to be towed back home.

The person said that it would cost them about $2,125 to settle the logistics, let alone the hassle of sorting the paperwork.
