Agilysys Powers Mohegan Inspire with Hospitality Solutions

The provider’s solutions will allow Mohegan to understand its guests at a personal level and provide them with tailored experiences

Agilysys, a global leader in hospitality software solutions and services, announced that it has implemented multiple cutting-edge hospitality solutions on a unified cloud-based platform across the newly opened Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort in South Korea. Agilysys’ tools will bolster the resort’s operations, improving the experience for both staff and guests.

The provider’s solutions are designed to deliver operational excellence while enhancing revenue opportunities. The addition of these flexible tools marks the expansion of Mohegan’s agreement with Agilysys, which began supporting hotel and food & beverage operations at the property through its PMS and POS solutions in December 2023.

According to the announcement, Agilysys and Inspire experts worked together to configure and deploy these state-of-the-art hospitality solutions across the next-gen property. In addition to Agilysys PMS and Agilysys POS, the company integrated solutions for booking, dining reservations, service management, mobile food & beverage ordering and document imaging into the resort.

In the meantime, Agilysys solutions for mobile check-in and check-out and loyalty and promotion management are currently being implemented.

Mohegan Wants to Understand Its Guests at an Individual Level

John Ware, Mohegan’s vice president of global IT services and support commented on the matter, lauding Agilysys’ long track record of implementing integrated hospitality technology on a grand scale. He added that the provider’s solutions will allow his team to understand its guests at a personal level and provide them with tailored experiences.

Mohegan Inspire opened its doors a few days ago, marking a major milestone in the company’s international expansion. The property covers some 500,000 square spaces of land and boasts a whopping 1,200 rooms. In addition, the Inspire Arena has the capacity to host up to 15,000 guests.
