Wazdan Secures the License to Launch in the Czech Republic
This is the seventh high-profile market entry for Wazdan this year, after the company successfully launched in Bulgaria, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain in Europe, and expanded across the Atlantic with entries into the Michigan and Ontario market in Canada.
Moving forward, Wazdan will bring 46 titles to the market in the Czech Republic, including some of its all-time hits, such as Power of Gods, 777 Crown, 9 Lions, Fortune Reels, and so much more. Wazdan CCO Andrzej Hyla welcomed the opportunity to expand in yet another market and establish its presence in Europe:
Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan, said: “Entering regulated markets is of vital importance to our continued growth, and the Czech Republic is an exciting jurisdiction in the middle of Europe.

Hyla confirmed that the company got to break ground into a number of new markets, bringing its unique and tailored products to revitalize each partner operator’s portfolio with excellent games. As to the first operator to launch within the Czech Republic, Wazdan has made no immediate mentions, but a partner is likely to emerge over the coming weeks, if not before New Year’s.
Wazdan Expands with Operators and in New Jurisdictions
Wazdan has been actively expanding its footprint not just through the signing of new country licenses but also following up on this through individual partnerships with operators. Wazdan signed a link-up with Paf.es in Spain just this week.
The supplier expanded with Alphawin in Bulgaria, marking the second company with which it is working in the fast-developing iGaming jurisdiction. Not least, Wazdan sought to further expand its presence in Latvia with Fenibet earlier this year.
