VSiN Adds NFL’s Shaun King as Sports Analyst

VSiN is adding another prominent sports figure in the face of Shaun King, a former NFL quarterback and sports analyst, who will now join The Night Cap’s team.

Shaun King Brings His Experience to VSiN

Sports betting network VSiN is giving itself another awareness boost by signing former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and Super Bowl XXXVII winner Shaun King. VSiN has tapped King as the new co-host for The Night Cap shows the network broadcasts. 

He will be joining fellow co-host Tim Murray to offer his insight on various sports betting markets and developments across the country. The show will continue for three hours and be slotted in the 10 pm to 1 am ET time window.

Shaun is a huge talent that will add to the coverage expertise as his name will ring familiar with football fans that would be keen to hear his insights. The boundaries between sports gambling and sports are thinning, with many sportsbooks now bringing more former sports personalities that resonate with the fandom. 

VSiN founder and CEO Brian Musburger noted that his addition would directly impact the company’s visibility, explaining, “Shaun is an incredible talent, and we’re thrilled to add his unique perspective as a player to our sports betting content as we continue to expand VSiN’s programming and reach.”

A Well-Seasoned Sports and Betting Analyst 

King is an important name in the sports sector, not just because of his NFL experience, but also as his stints with ESPN and NBC Sports. At both, he worked as an analyst, helping provide a lot of value for fans tuning in. 

King quickly exchanged a career in professional football with one in sports media. He spent several years at ESPN between 2007 and 2010, where he worked on both NFL and NCAA football coverage and was part of the NFL Live, ESPNews and First Take coverage. 

King’s subsequent analyst included several big networks, including NBC Sports Network, Yahoo! Sports, Fox Sports Net, and Versus. He has been pretty passionate about his former team but has given every NFL franchise a fair consideration, leading to building up his profile as an insightful and knowledgeable commentator.
