VBET Inks Deal with Ukrainian Sport Poker Federation for Poker Series

VBET has signed an agreement with the Ukrainian Sport Poker Federation for an upcoming Sport Poker Championship part of the Spring Poker Series

After expanding its presence on Ukrainian soil with a partnership inked with the country’s Ice Hockey Federation that turned it into the national ice hockey team’s title sponsor in 2021, and inking an assortment of similar agreements with the Ukrainian Association of Football for the VBET Cup, the Ukrainian Premier League for VBET LIGA, and the National Women’s and Men’s teams, VBET has similar news.

The award-winning sports betting and gaming operator available in 120 countries has recently announced a new partnership with the Ukrainian Sport Poker Federation for the VBET Ukrainian Sport Poker Championship.

Lviv to Host the Championship of the Poker Series 

The championship of the series will take place in Lviv at the Sonata Hotel between March 21 and March 31, 2024.

The online poker series will be organized as part of the Spring Pick Online Poker Series that started on March 4 and will continue until March 21

The Spring Pick Series will allow participants the opportunity to compete for lucrative cash prizes and tickets to the Ukrainian Championship of Sport Poker, giving players a chance to enter the tournament.

The Ukrainian Championship of Sport Poker will feature a guaranteed prize pool that will go over the €150,000 ($163,235) mark.

The structure of the championship will consist of three stages for qualification that will lead to the grand final. 

Each of the qualifying stages will count for eight tournaments. The first three winners from the eight tournaments will be rewarded with participation licenses in the closed final.

The tournaments will be hosted on the Strech Network platform dedicated to poker players. Players who choose to actively participate in the tournaments can win exclusive rewards

Gambling Industry Paid UAH 1.8B ($47.2M) in Taxes in February
